One definition of trauma is unprocessed emotions that are stored in the body.
In my lifetime I have experienced intimate partner abuse, a debilitating physical accident, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and post-natal depression.
And in this lifetime I have overcome boundary violation, people pleasing, perfectionism, my inner critic and financial crisis.
My turning point was one day on my yoga mat, when I broke down, or as I like to call it now, I broke through. I finally gave myself permission to feel it to heal it.
The short story is I discovered a profound release of my trauma through specific yoga asanas, and I found my strength with affirmations and movement. This was transformational for me.
I became so curious with my discovery. I researched and studied trauma, NLP, life coaching, music therapy, and developed my own unique style of movement and mantra, and somatic trauma release.
Now I am living my soul purpose - empowering women in their transformation journey from pain to purpose.
My hope is that I have the honor of supporting you to become your highest version of yourself.
