Trauma has a way of showing up in our mind and body. It could be that sore hip, or that back ache.
The symptoms can be the clues telling us that we need to listen and nuture our body in a different way, allowing unprocessed emotions and pain to be healed.
Peri-menopaue, menopause and post-menopause are all significant stages as our body transforms.
This can be a time of high stress and debilitating symptoms; anxiety, depression, fatigue, hot flushes, insomnia, aching joints. There is a way through this together.

I'm a mum of 3 who’s traversed through significant traumatic events in my lifetime.
Through experience and tools learnt in my years of training, I have transmuted these events into powerful healing lessons.
Now from an empowered place, as a holistic coach, I bring together my experience and training to offer you a unique somatic movement and mindset approach, for your entire well being.

I bring together yoga therapy, reiki, NLP, and life coaching to walk with you through your trauma, guiding you to a place of healing, where you get to live a life you love, filled with joy, peace and abundance.
Given my background and degree in business, I also coach in this space, wealth generation, as our limiting beliefs and trauma wounds are intertwined and have a way of blocking many areas of our life.
I am passionate about supporting women in their midlife. This is a significant time where much of the suppressed, unprocessed emotions show in the mind and body in ways that simply can't be ignored.
